✅ রিটার্ন করার শর্তাবলী (Conditions for Return)

• পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের আবেদন করতে হবে।
  (Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.)
• শুধুমাত্র ড্যামেজড, ডিফেক্টিভ বা ভুল পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।
  (Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.)
• পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত,  আসল অবস্থায় ও আসল প্যাকেজিং সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
  (Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.)
• ইনকিউবেটর বা ইলেকট্রনিক পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড ও ইনভয়েস থাকতে হবে।
  (For incubators or electronics, warranty card and invoice must be provided.)

❌ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় (Non-Returnable Items)

• ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্তপণ্য (Used or damaged products)
• কাস্টমাইজড/বিশেষ অর্ডারেরপণ্য (Customized/special order items)
• শুধুমাত্র মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে রিটার্ন (Returns due to change of mind)
• আমরা প্রতিটি প্যাকেজিংএর ভিডিও ফুটেজ সংরক্ষণ করি। তাই কোনো ভুল বা মিথ্যা তথ্য দিলে রিফান্ড হোল্ড বা বাতিল করা হবে।
  (We record video footage of every package at the time of dispatch. Therefore, if any false or misleading information is provided during a return request, the refund will be withheld or cancel.)
• ⚡ ডিসি বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগ দেওয়া যায় এমন যে কোনো ইলেকট্রিক পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
  (No complaints will be accepted for any electrical product that can be connected to a DC power source.)

💰 রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া (Refund Process)

• পণ্য আমাদের গুদামে পৌঁছানোর পর মান যাচাই করে রিফান্ড/এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রসেস করা হবে।
  (Refund/Exchange will be processed after inspection at our warehouse.)
• রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭-১০ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।
  (Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days.)
• রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র মূল লেনদেনের মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে (যেমন: বিকাশ, নগদ, ব্যাংক)।

• ডেলিভারির সময় যদি পণ্য ভাঙা বা ভুল থাকে তবে শিপিং খরচ আমরা বহন করব।
